We had a great time hanging out at Hunter Mountain and photographing some wonderful kids this week. The 9 participants are all part of the Tomorrows Children Institute for Cancer and Blood Disorders in Hackensack UMC. There was skiing and snowboarding, tubing at high speeds, snowmobiling and big smiles all around. Volunteers from the Adaptive Sports Foundation worked hard to make sure everyone enjoyed themselves. Hunter Mountain Ski and Snowboard instructors also gave lessons and even taught some of the skiers and snoboarders how to ride rails and do jumps in the mini-park.
A big thank you to Russell and Lois Huntington who were the gracious hosts of this trip. As you can see from the happy faces, everyone had fun.
