Julie & Greg……what an enjoyable couple. During their little getaway to the Great Northern Catskill last month, Julie and Greg were ready to cross off “Photographer” on their never ending wedding ToDo list. (Rumor has it that is was really Greg’s job to secure the photographer and yes he did! Little did we know we were going to shoot their engagement photography new york city style.)
Getting married at the Summit of Hunter Mountain next year, the Kaatskill Mountain Club Great Room was the perfect place to meet and form an awesome relationship. Hint – It always helps when you can meet and really get to know each other. During out meeting, Greg asked about scheduling their engagement photography in new york city instead of the Catskills. We love the city and what a better excuse to go!
Now to the eSession……Flushing Meadows Corona Park in Queens NY was the perfect backdrop for this NYC couple. Letting their dogs Layla and Guinness run off leash made me a little uncomfortable during the shoot. Greg had it totally under control and reminded me that it’s no big deal, we’re in NYC. Not so much if you were a squirrel as Guinness chases one up a tree! They acted so well during the shoot and so did Julie and Greg.
