EXTRA’s

Packages include delivery within 75 miles at no charge from our two locations: Windham, NY 12496. If your event is further in distance from us, we may need to charge an additional fee depending on the distance, tolls and location.

Delivery and setup will normally occur approximately 1-1.5 hours before your event starts. If you require us to be setup earlier than this, we charge an additional fee of $75 per hour for this request.

Teardown usually takes us about the same time as setup. If your event requires us to vacate earlier than 1 hour, we charge an additional fee of $75 for additional support. Please check with your caterier if your event is followed by another.

While our booths are completly mobile, stairs are our only issue. Please ask your party planner or caterier about our path of travel. Depending on your location, we many require additional support for load-in and teardown.

We have not yet found a place we could not opperate out of. Normal evelavtors and doorways are all we need as well as a source of electric. We are NOT a box with a curtian around your guests so don’t be fooled, we offer full size photobooths.

Our Open-Air photobooth can go just about anywhere.  We have been on boats, outside of barns, under tents and even operated in total darkness.  If you are looking for something different and social media friendly, this is the product for you!
