When we first spoke to Megan about photographing her special day, truthfully I had no idea that this was actually Megan Cahill, the sister of Matt and his bride Lizzy, whose wedding we photographed two summers ago. See, you have to understand that her brother’s images were kind of famous. Famous in a funny way as Lizzy and Matt’s photographs were featured in several magazines around the Hudson Valley area. I was so honored that Megan trusted us too.
Megan and Jason got married in a ceremony filled with music and song from friends and family. All Souls Church, located in Tannersville, New York was the perfect site to wed this happy couple. They live right down the street from this historic stone church and they both read handwritten vows making the promise very personal for all of us to experience in their joy.
Following a trolley ride down the mountain past Bastion Falls to the reception, The Lazy Swan was the perfect place to celebrate the union of this great couple. Jason and Megan danced the night away as you can see making the most of their reception. Did I mention danced the night away?
